The 15th QMOD-ICQSS conference will jointly be organized by Lunds Unversity, Linköping University of Sweden and Poznan University of Technology. The conference will be hosted by Poznan University of Technology (see http://www2.put. poznan.pl/en). The annual international QMOD conference has become one of the largest scientific conferences in the world within the research fields of Quality, Service, Organisational Development and related management issues.
