
At the Department of Service Management we are leaders in delivering high quality university education within Service Management.
We teach the management of customer relations as well as human resources and our students learn to manage, organise and communicate service acitivities.
The Department of Service Management hosts several bachelor programmes, one international master programme as well as single subject courses, a PhD programme and consultative training.
Master Programme in Service Management
The international Master Programme in Service Management is a multidisciplinary programme of 120 credits leading to a Master degree. The programme is taught in English and has three areas of speicalisation: Logistics, Retail and Tourism.
Bachelor Programme in Service Management
The Bachelor Programme in Service Management is an interdisciplinary programme of 180 credits leading to a bachelor degree. Much of the literature and texts are in English, but almost all lectures are delivered in Swedish. Read more about our areas of specialisation:
We also provide two Bachelor programmes, Food Service Management and Logistics Service Management, in cooperation with The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University (LTH) and one programme, Equality and Diversity Management, in cooperation with The Centre for Gender Studies.
