

Anna Spitzkat is a doctoral student. She studies shopping practice from a cultural perspective and is interested in digitalization in retailing. Her research project focuses on social media’s impact on everyday life shopping activities and related consumption situations.
Anna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Digital Media and has gained her Master’s degree in Service Management with a specialization in Retail from the Department of Service Management and Service Studies at Lund University. Already during her postgraduate studies, Anna developed her interest in consumer cultural research and shopping practice and wrote her Master thesis on a topic related to her current PhD project.
