Digital service management
In today's digital society, we need an understanding of digitalization and its impact on our society. In this course, you will receive a service management perspective on this. Service management is an interdisciplinary subject that gives you a broad understanding of finance, organisation, marketing and leadership in businesses where customer relationships are important.
In this course you will get an insight to how a digital service can be developed in addition to the more theoretical perspectives on digitalization and service. The teaching involves a large number of seminars where you reflect on different perspectives on digital service management. At the end of the course you will also get the opportunity to convert your acquired knowledge into practical exercises.

The start of the course 2018:
The course runs during the first half of the Autumn semester 2018.
The introduction is September 4th at 10.00 - 12.00 in lecture hall E218, Campus Helsingborg.
The first week also includes two lectures: September 5th at 13.00 - 15.00 and September 6th at 10.00 - 12.00, both in lecture hall E218.
