Digitalization and services, 15 credits
In today's digital society, we need an understanding of digitalization and its impact on our society. In this course, you will receive a service management perspective on this. Service management is an interdisciplinary subject that gives you a broad understanding of finance, organisation, marketing and leadership in businesses where customer relationships are important.
In this course you will get an insight to how a digital service can be developed in addition to the more theoretical perspectives on digitalization and service. The teaching involves a large number of seminars where you reflect on different perspectives on the relationship between digitalisation and service. At the end of the course you will also get the opportunity to convert your acquired knowledge into practical exercises.
Schedule for the first week
- Introduction Tuesday September 3, at 9.00-10.00 in lecture room E218, Campus Helsingborg.
The introduction is followed by a lecture in the same room, at 10.00-12.00.
- Friday September 6, at 10.00-12.00 there will be a seminar in room E218, Campus Helsingborg.
