Programme description

for the master programme
The 2-year Master's programme in Service Management concists of 120 ECTS-credits. The main field of study is Service Management.

On completion of the programme, the student is awarded a degree of Master of Science (120 credits) in Service Management.

  • Managing Service Organisations, 15 credits

Semester 2 (2019):

  • Methods in Social Sciences, 15 credits
  • Service Logistics, 7.5 credits
  • Logistics and supply chains, 7.5 credits

Semester 3 (2019):

  • Service Studies Perspectives on Sustainability, 15 credits
  • Transport Systems: Intermodality and Traceability, 15 credits

Semester 4 (2020):

  • Master's thesis, 30 credits
