Meet our students
from the master's programme
Each Autumn, students from all over the world start our Master's Programme in Service Management. Here you can find out what a number of them have to say about their studies.
Culture and Creativity management
"The Master’s goes beyond the idea of selling a product; it highlights the importance of service and thus the crucial part that the human factor plays in the customer experience."
I think the best thing about the program is the diversity of the students and the teachers. It is an international group of people discussing relevant topics on culture, creativity and the arts.
By living in Malmö I have had the great opportunity to meet a multicultural society and participate in several different events.
"The programme is well tailored and highly competitive and gives students the professional basis to develop ideas and thoughts for their independent research work.”
I have been wanting to gain knowledge about the management of retail organisations, especially when it comes to issues related to consumption, sustainability and digitalisation.
When enrolled, there are introduction activities where you meet your classmates and the associations connected to Campus Helsingborg. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in sports or parties if one would like.
This programme ignites a sense of critical thinking and curiosity in students (including myself) through platforms such as seminars and group presentations that has impacted positively on my thinking process.
What I like the most in my programme is that I am studying courses such as Sustainability that I didn't have in my Bachelors’ studies, as my country is not so focused on that issues. So, I started thinking from a different perspective.
Supply Chain Management
"I particularly like how the course was introduced. We have a clear outline on when, how and why the field came into existence and this enables us to build up on the current framework and also to have a potential outlook on how the future looks like for the field."
"The combination of service and the logistical solution, meeting the needs of others and finding the best solution to a specific problem, is another valuable skill taught during the programme."
I would say that our programme's strength lies in the fact that it's so broad, which gives you loads of opportunities when you graduate.
The specialization Supply Chain Management has so much to offer and the opportunities seem endless. It is an ever-expanding area of global scale, making the choice an easy one in the end.

My classmates are from all over the world and that has really helped me with my own growth as a person.
Sustainable Service Management
“The best thing about the programme is that it prepares you for a very specific field and at the same time broadens your view by applying an interdisciplinary approach.”
“Without a doubt, the interdisciplinary nature and the cultural exchanges are the best part. In this Master’s programme, every single student has a different professional and cultural background."
Sweden is a wonderful country; people are educated, tolerant, polite and understanding.
"The best thing about the programme would be without a doubt the diversity. My classmates are from all over the world, yet we connect well. Everyone is warm-hearted and considerate, which makes it much easier to study in a new environment."
“It is diverse in terms of nationalities. I can get abundant knowledge directly from my classmates, not just from the books and other secondary sources. The professors and classmates I’ve met here are so friendly.”
I chose this specialisation because it's close to my values and what I like to do: sharing emotions and cultural values at the same time as discovering new places and people.
The campus is great and has a true soulful vibe. I would definitely recommend it!
The variety of teaching methods and exams is the most outstanding feature regarding teaching style.
