On your own
There are three ways of independently organising your studies abroad:
- You may contact an agency. There are several and they can help you with your application, find the right university for you, etc. We recommend two agencies: Education Link and Study Abroad.
- You can also apply directly to the university you are interested in. Most universities welcome students from universities without a formal exchange agreement. You are of course welcome to discuss this option with your international coordinator at the department.
- Furthermore, there is a collaboration agreement between our department and the International College of Management (ICMS) in Australia. As a student at the Department of Service Management and Service Studies you will receive a 10% discount on the tuition fee at ICMS. Apply through the international coordinator at the department.
Remember to ...
always consult with the international coordinator at the department before you go abroad. It is important to receive a preliminary approval of the courses you are going to study to ensure that they will be eligible for credit transfer. In addition, you have to be registered for a “semester abroad” to keep your place on your programme and for CSN to know that you are studying.
