It is our great pleasure to invite you to contribute ‘a research paper’ or ‘an extended abstract’ to be presented at the 22nd QMOD/ICQSS conference (Quality Management and Organisational Development/ an International Conference on Quality and Service Sciences) which will take place in Krakow, Poland, 13-15 October, 2019. Deadline for abstracts is February 15, 2019.
